Students can learn chocolate making fundamentals in our Learn to Temper and Dip Chocolate class, to more specific techniques in our European Style Truffle Making class. 

Classes are open to beginners, experienced chocolatiers looking to refine their skills, and chocolate makers seeking to overcome problems in their process.
