Due to the perishable nature of our handmade food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our facility.

Donnelly Chocolates cannot be held responsible for failed, delayed, or returned items due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses, weather, mechanical, or other issues beyond our control.
