Chocolate Tempering and Demo
In this class, we demo the marble slab chocolate tempering process and the chocolate seed tempering process. Students temper chocolate using the seed method, then dip strawberries and fresh fruit in chocolate or make and pack two solid chocolate bars to take home.
While the chocolate bars and fruit are cooling, students enjoy an ice cream bar or brownie and have question time. Students take home the dipped fruit or chocolate bars. Class time is approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on how long the bars take to release from the chocolate molds.
Class time is Friday at 6:00 p.m., ending at approximately 6:45 p.m. We will add summer weekday dates to this class schedule.
This class can also be scheduled during the day for groups of two or more. Call for availability.

Classes are hands-on and are limited to 6 people.
Approximately 45 minutes in length.
Classes are scheduled Saturday and Sunday on the same weekend for students who travel and want to take both classes..
Chocolate and most ingredients we use in the class are available for sale at the end of
class.
Classes must be paid for at the time of reservation. The cost is $60 per person per class.
What to Wear
Comfortable clothes and shoes. Please do not wear open toe shoes or
sandals. Do not wear or bring anything you do not want to get chocolatey.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled two weeks or more prior to each class. There is no refund of payment for classes cancelled within two week of the class date.
