Truffle Making (European style)
In this class you will learn to temper chocolate by hand, make truffles fillings, and coat them. Storing and freezing finished chocolates. Optional truffle fillings to make: pure chocolate ganache, infused, spices and or liquor. You take home 2 pounds of truffles.
General Information

All classes are approximately 2.5 hours in length. Students will take home approximately two pounds of the truffles made in class.
If these classes sell out we will add new classes that month. We can also have classes to fit your schedule. For groups traveling long distances we can schedule 2 classes per day or add on a Saturday/Sunday schedule so the classes are done in one weekend. Classes are hands on and are limited to 6 people. Chocolate and most ingredients we use in the class are available for sale at the end of class.
What to Wear
Comfortable clothes and shoes. Please do not wear open toe shoes or sandals. Please bring an apron and baseball hat or scarf.
Do not wear or bring or wear anything you do not want to get chocolatey.
Classes must be paid for at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled 1 week or more prior to each class. There is no refund of payment for classes cancelled within 1 week of the class date.
